How to deal with burnout

This service is grounded in the scientifically established PERMA model (Seligman, 2011), a cornerstone of Positive Psychology that highlights the five essential pillars of flourishing:

  • Engagement – experiencing flow and deep involvement in what matters to you

  • Relationships – building authentic, supportive, and meaningful connections

  • Meaning – finding purpose and direction in life and work

Career Guidance & Coaching

At the beginning of our adult life – or at any later stage – it is natural to wonder which profession truly suits us: one that we would enjoy, that aligns with our strengths, and that provides the income for a comfortable life.

Even if the goal is simply to enhance an existing career path and enrich our skillset, there are methods and tools that can help us reach our destination more effectively:

Specially for men

This program is designed exclusively for men who seek greater emotional maturity, self-awareness, and balance between performance and personal life.

In today’s world, men are constantly asked to adapt to multiple roles – professional, partner, son, father. Many experience pressure, confusion, or even a sense of inner emptiness.

Through coaching sessions grounded in the scientific tools of Positive Psychology, we will work on developing emotional intelligence and resilience, with the goal to:

  • reconnect as a man with your personal values and desires

  • break free from internal patterns and expectations that don’t truly represent you

  • set meaningful goals guided by inner clarity and purpose

  • build more authentic relationships with yourself and others

Out & Strong – Coaching για LGBTQ+ 

This is a supportive coaching program designed specifically for LGBTQ+ individuals, based on the principles of Applied Positive Psychology and empowerment through self-awareness.

Important note: Participation requires that the individual is not currently engaged in psychotherapy, or alternatively has the approval of their therapist.

The program consists of a minimum of 4 sessions with the following structure:

Session 1: Getting Started & Creating a Safe Space

  • Introduction and building a safe, supportive framework

  • Establishing boundaries and guidelines (Confidentiality, Code of Ethics)

  • Clarifying goals (What would you like to gain from these sessions?)

  • Use of questionnaires and assessments

Session 2: Self-Awareness & Inner Acceptance

  • Working on self-dialogue and self-esteem

  • Identifying strengths and limiting beliefs

  • Practical application of Positive Psychology tools

Session 3: Empowerment, Priorities & Small Goals

  • Exploring sources of empowerment and resilience

  • Defining a small, achievable goal for the coming period

  • Identifying possible obstacles and support systems

Session 4: Reflection & Next Steps

  • Re-administering questionnaires to track progress

  • Exploring pathways for continued personal growth

  • Building psychological resilience against discrimination

  • Career orientation and developing a deeper sense of personal meaning
